No. In order to access scripts, your agent will use a web browser. QuickScripts works with almost all web browsers including Internet Explorer, Chrome, Firefox and Safari. However, software will need to be installed for editing and management of scripts.
QuickScripts offers a rolling monthly contract, so you are able to adopt a Pay As You Go system. However, we do offer a different price package for customers who commit to a 6, 12 or 18 month contract.
You will be assigned a dedicated account manager when you begin your trial. You will also have access to our dedicated 24/7 UK based support team. Please see our maintenance plans for support service levels.
Yes! We will include training as part of your free trial. You will also have access to your account manager who is on hand to help answer any questions you may have throughout any point of using QuickScripts.

No, the software is purposely designed to be as user friendly as possible. You do not need to refer to your IT team every time you require a change to your scripts. It is designed so that people with all levels of IT experience are able to create and manage the scripts. We also provide you with training documentation and videos.
The licenses work on a concurrent basis, so you do not need to assign a license to each individual agent.
It is very common that at certain times of the year you receive more calls than usual and may need to recruit more staff. We can easily increase the number of concurrent licenses during these peak months and then reduce them when the call volumes decrease.
